Description: |
White and horned with very good looking head. Extremely muscular shoulders, wide chest and very good rib shape. Broad and very well muscled back. Superb rump and leg muscling. Strong feet’s. Vigorous ram with more than average body length.
Dark tan on head and feet’s and lot of tan fibers in the fleece. Wool quantity below average. Thick thel, variable thog and medium fine.
Bjalki is one of three rams from Hestur experimental farm bought in 2007 after progeny testing there resulting in very good eye muscle depth and shape. His progenies have very good meat qualities, especially leanness.
His daughters have average prolificacy and good milking abilities. |
